This is an entry level Service Technician Position. You will be with an experienced Service Technician in training on Serving HVAC Equipment & Appliances.
Required Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.
Must be drug-free and be able to pass new-hire and random drug screenings.
Must be able to pass a background check.
High School Diploma or GED
Willingness to invest in tools used in the services of HVAC equipment.
Motivated to invest time into training to advance job position.
Able to follow verbal and written directions as given.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Duties:
Purchase required tools as listed for HVAC Installation
Investigates problems and performs repairs on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating, cooling, ventilation systems and appliances.
Arrive at jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatched
Operate company vehicle as needed.
Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
Think outside the box on ways to enhance service and customer experience.
Willingness to be Involved in On Call Rotation once proper Training is completed.
